These Terms of Use, along with policies and guidelines located throughout the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps identify what users of the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps can expect from OGI Connect and what we expect from Users. By accessing any areas of the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps, Users are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.
User agrees to use the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps only for lawful purposes. User is prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
OGI Connect reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or content that it deems harmful to individual Users, OGI Connect, or any rights of OGI Connect or any third party, or to violate any applicable law.
OGI Connect respects the privacy of its Users. The terms and conditions of OGI Connect's Privacy Policy are strictly adhered to.
OGI Connect trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, and trade dress used on the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps may not be used without prior written consent of OGI Connect.
User acknowledges that the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps contains content protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. User may not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without permission.
OGI Connect does not intend the OGI Connect Website to be used by minors under the age of 13. OGI Connect relies upon parents or guardians of Users under the age of 18 to determine if any content or items available on the OGI Connect Website are appropriate.
OGI Connect may suspend or terminate any User's access to all or any part of the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps, without notice, for any reason in OGI Connect's sole discretion.
Every User is responsible for keeping their OGI Connect account password confidential and restricting access to their computer. Each User agrees to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur within their OGI Connect account.
The OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, OGI Connect disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall OGI Connect be liable for any damages that result from the use of or inability to use the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps.
This site is created and controlled by OGI Connect LLC in the State of Florida. The laws of the State of Florida will govern these Terms of Use. User irrevocably consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida for any litigation arising out of or relating to use of the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be settled by confidential arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida administered by the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any claim or controversy of any other party.
The user of OGI Connect understands the responsibility to adhere by if a cancellation of a practical checkride examination takes place.
A Ground School Deposit guarantees a spot within our 7 Day CFI Ground School or 3 Day CFII Ground School. Your deposit is not refundable and not transferable to another class. You have 24 hours after the time of booking to cancel this reservation before it becomes non-refundable.
Users of OGI Connect's online educational course materials have up to 5 days to request a refund. A user is welcome to cancel their subscription at any time, but cannot refund payments that have already been processed for our subscription-based and service-based products.
OGI Connect reserves the right to make changes to the OGI Connect Website and Mobile Apps, posted policies and these Terms of Use at any time without notice.
