Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from Private Pilot applicants.

Sessions cover all ACS knowledge areas including aerodynamics, aircraft systems, weather theory, airspace, navigation, regulations, and cross-country planning. Your instructor tailors each session to your specific weak areas.

Most Private Pilot students use 3–6 sessions depending on their starting knowledge level and how close they are to their checkride. Your instructor will help you assess this after the first session.
