Everything you need to know about getting started with OGI Connect.

Yes — completely free. There are no subscription fees, no monthly charges, and no upfront lesson packages required. You create your account, complete onboarding, and add a payment method. You are only charged when your instructor logs a completed session.

Adding a payment method during onboarding keeps the billing process seamless. Once you and your instructor complete a session, the charge is handled automatically — no manual invoicing, no chasing payments. Your card is not charged during signup.

Browse our Find an Instructor page to view each instructor's profile, location, airport identifier, years of experience, and training specialties. Each instructor is an authorized CFI Bootcamp instructor. If you're unsure, you can always reach out after selecting an instructor before your first session.

Once you complete enrollment and your account is fully set up, your instructor is automatically notified. They will reach out to you directly to introduce themselves, discuss your training goals, and schedule your first session.

OGI Connect currently supports ground instruction and flight instruction sessions logged by your instructor. Specialties vary by instructor and may include Private Pilot training, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, Multi-Engine, ATP prep, Checkride Prep, and more.

If you need to change instructors please contact support at OGI Connect and we will assist you. Instructor connections are managed through the platform to ensure your billing and session history are properly maintained.

Your instructor logs the session type and hours directly in the OGI Connect dashboard after your lesson. The charge is automatically applied to your card on file. You can view your full billing history at any time in your student dashboard.

Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. OGI Connect never stores your card details directly.
